St. Paul Catholic School is so much more than classroom academics. Our students are learning through our example, that we’re a part of a greater educational, religious and social community. Each year we demonstrate our commitment to this idea through our service to the school.
Children love seeing and knowing that their parents and families are doing something special at school. So we thank you for completing this commitment and making St. Paul Catholic School and parish community special. These are just a few of the year round activities that welcome your help:
Room Parent
Donuts after Weekend Mass
Field Trip Driver
Fall Festival
Sports Volunteer
JOG-A-THON
Book Fair
Breakfast w/ Santa
Annual Fundraiser Dinner Auction
SPCS Open House
Lenten Soup Dinners
Music Programs (Advent and Spring)
Volunteer opportunities or committees with pressing needs:
School Advisory Committee (SAC) Members
We ask that each family offer a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer time. Hours are recorded in a binder at the SCRIP desk in the front hallway by the main office. You will receive an update mid year to let you know how many hours you have accumulated towards your commitment.
Volunteer Training
As mandated by the Bishop’s charter all volunteers involved with children must complete the VIRTUS® Programs: a comprehensive safe environment training, Background check, Volunteer application, and a Volunteer Interview. This must be completed before you may volunteer. This includes, but is not limited to lunchroom, athletic coaches, field trips, room parents, and classroom help. These forms can be obtained from the school office.
